Everyone is offered a basic membership in the beginning.  This comes if you are asked to participate in any show or someonegives you a membership coupon.   If you have something that can benefit the JPN Members and their members you maybe asked to becomea bartering member or a partner.  Both are FREE MEMBERSHIPS
